Bean Sprouts with Smoked Quail Egg

Chop the onion into slices and braise on the smoked oil.
Pour the soy sprout in it and the carrot sliced in Julian style and add some pepper to it.
Sear it for short time and add 5 pieces of smoked quail`s egg chopped into halves.
Hint with chopped cress and seared sesame seed.
According to your taste hint it with some salt or with soy sauce.
We can make it richer with some minced meat or chopped ham. It is very tasty with rice or with toast.
