From the 250 pieces boxes, our company make smoked and nature can eggs. There are two levels of disinfecting of the eggs and both times we make a rinse also. After these processes we will deliver the eggs to the last production line.

First step is to wash and dry the eggs and to place the fresh eggs to the disinfectant liquid for 10 minutes. When the eggs are cleaned from those peals, we pour off those with salt water and place to a heat treated cupboard. When the process is done, our customers can buy ready-to-be-eat products.

We offer these tinned eggs to our customer to use for a variety of food, like Sunday soups and for lot more options. This type of product can make dishes special and extra healthy.

From the disinfected eggs, our partner company produces smoked eggs in a different way. They place the eggs to salted water for a whole night and after they place those to a smoking room. They use beech for smoking which can provide a special taste. Ready eggs will be packed for 10, 20 and 50 pieces plastics in an olive oil or grapes oil, which is providing a very flexible package. After all, the eggs are ready for our customers, and we also can provide those eggs in a design boxes.
