Paloc soup with smoked quail`s egg

Never sparing with raw materials as the food will be thankful for that, it will be surrounded with compliment and love.

Ingredients for 10 serves:

  • 80 dkg onion
  • Oil
  • 2 piece of lamb meat with bones
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Paprika
  • Bay leaf
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 potato
  • Green beans
  • Flour
  • Tarragon
  • Lavage
  • Dill
  • 2 cups of sour cream
  • 10 pieces of smoked quail`s eggs.

Preparation:

Chaff the onion to larger pieces and drop it into the ignited oil.

The lamb meat should be boneless and chopped; poured onto the burned onion.

With its bones make a stew base and boil it till its tender, then put the rest of the ingredients into it.

If required pour some extra water in it and boil together.
